Hey folks! Welcome to Life on Beagle Road. Our food freedom journey began with a garden we put in a terrible location - typical rookie mistake. We figured it would be simple to grow some tomatoes and digging in the dirt would be good for our mental health. It was something our family could do together. Kenny had been diagnosed with Lupus and fresh produce gave us a sense of control. What we didn’t know was that this was the start of a journey that would go well beyond tomatoes. We would go on to produce our own dairy and meat. We would teach people to do what we were doing. We would inspire people to keep going, even when it seemed like everything was falling apart.
